SF Planning Limited is a Town and Country Planning Consultancy that offers professional advice to the business community, private individuals and public organisations.

We are primarily based in and around the Cheltenham, Gloucester, and Tewkesbury areas; but we are happy to undertake work all over the South West, Midlands and even further afield if required.

We offer a truly personal service as we are a small company of fully qualified planning consultants that concentrates on a manageable number of projects at any one time.

We are able to influence planning policy, provide guidance on development potential, and project manage applications and appeals.

The company was established in 2005 and has seen rapid growth.  We have been involved in a wide range of projects from individual listed buildings to large scale urban extensions, and even an underground house that featured on Channel 4’s Grand Designs.

We like to think that we have a very good understanding of and relationship with Local Authority planners, which has evolved through our experience not only in development schemes throughout Gloucestershire, but also through previous employment.
