Consent Granted for Cheltenham Banksy Spy Booth

SF Planning is pleased to announce that following submission of an application for listed building consent last year, the Cheltenham Banksy has now been granted listed building consent.  The business community in Cheltenham has come together to support the campaign group, with SF Planning donating time to submit and manage the application.  The grant of listed building consent effectively legitimises the artwork, and now makes it more likely it will stay in Cheltenham.

SF Planning worked alongside Mr Hekmat Kaveh (the applicant), the Cheltenham Chamber of Commerce and John Stagg of Thomson & Bancks Solicitors to secure a 12-1 vote at the Cheltenham Borough Council Planning Committee yesterday evening.
