After much negotiation, SF Planning is pleased to announce that it has secured consent for the redevelopment of the existing Kier Construction premises on Leckhampton Road, Cheltenham with 33 new dwellings.

This in turn facilitates the relocation of Kier to their new office development on Hatherely Lane, Cheltenham for which permission was secured in September 2013.
