SF Planning Limited in conjunction with eatarchitecture is proud to announce that it has secured planning permission for a 56 bed student accommodation block in Worcester City Centre Conservation Area.

The scheme developed for the medical students at the Abbey College, Malvern was subject to extensive pre-application discussions, working with Council officers to secure the redevelopment of an important central site that can be seen from the city’s rail viaduct.  The site is currently home to a decaying old gymnasium building, and the scheme granted permission will successfully bring the site and its surroundings into the 21st Century.
