The Gospel Centre, Malvern

SF Planning Limited is pleased to be able to present 3D visualisations and an animation of part of a current planning application at the former International Gospel Centre in Malvern, Worcestershire.

The proposed use of the southern end of The Chapel for an office follows an earlier partially implemented permission to use this part of the Chapel for a communal sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and toilets.  The office use is already generating significant interest with one organisation having already submitted an offer for the space subject to planning.  We feel that this is a particularly clever and suitable use of the space;  providing not only an on-going viable use of the building that should lead to its long term secure future, but an important boost to the local economy.

The application has been submitted by SF Planning Limited on behalf of our client Crystalight Limited, and is currently being considered by Malvern Hills District Council.  It is hoped that the application will be heard at the Council’s Planning Committee in April 2012.
