Brownfield site approved for redevelopment in Enfield

Enfield Planning Permission

SFP working with PAPA Architects and EAS, have recently helped achieve planning permission on a vacant site in the London Borough of Enfield for its redevelopment to provide three family houses.

There were challenges during the course of the application including several changes of case officer and negotiations during the course of the application on the design and drainage approach, but these were thankfully overcome.

The proposals will maximize the potential of this sustainably located, underutilised and previously developed site with the proposed additional family housing helping boost housing supply on this small site, in accordance with the principles of the NPPF and the London Plan.

“Huge thank you to you both, kept me going during the process always upbeat and never negative!”

“Will be sure to work with you both again I’m certain of this.”  (Private Client)
