Cheltenham Borough Council ‘Call for Sites’

Cheltenham Borough Council is currently undertaking a ‘call for sites’ as it carries out its annual assessment of potential sites as required by the UK government. The council are looking for sites that are suitable for accommodating housing development of all types, employment development and locations for Gypsies and Travelers sites. All sites submitted to the council prior to the 9th November 2020 will be included in the 2020 Strategic Assessment of Land Availability (SALA).

Submissions made to this SALA will help the council to understand the amount and type of development they can deliver through the Joint Core Strategy (covering Gloucester, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury).

Clients and landowners are advised to contact us as soon as possible if you would like us to submit your land for consideration by the council. For further information please contact Leanne Whiteman.
