Cotswold District Council ‘Call for Sites’

Cotswold District Council is currently undertaking a ‘call for sites’ as it carries out its annual assessment of potential sites as required by the UK government. The council are looking for sites that are suitable for accommodating housing development of all types, employment development and locations for Gypsies and Travelers sites. All sites submitted to the council prior to the 13th November will be included in the 2020 Strategic Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (SHELAA).

Submissions made to this SHELAA will be used as evidence to inform the update of the Cotswold District Local Plan 2011 -2031.

Clients are advised to contact us as soon as possible if you would like us to submit your land for consideration by the council.
