Forest of Dean Planning Appeal Win

SF Planning were delighted to assist our private Client in submitting and winning an appeal for a scheme designed by Apex Architecture in Bream for two dwellings, within the Forest of Dean District. The two new dwellings, within the grounds of the existing bungalow, will be built and occupied by our Client’s daughters, which made us extra pleased to be able to assist in delivering their aspirations to provide help onto the housing ladder.

Our involvement began after the original planning application was refused by the Council. We reviewed the two reasons for refusal and devised a strategy to overcome these, through the provision of additional information and a robust justification within our appeal statement for allowing the appeal.

“SF Planning obtained a successful appeal decision for us by challenging virtually every aspect of the LPA’s planning refusal in a forensic and highly effective manner.” – Private Client
