A bit of an update on this topic for Cheltenham Borough in particular.

SF Planning Limited is able to announce that it has today successfully gained planning permission at appeal for a single dwelling on a garden site in Charlton Kings.  At the same time we have gained a ruling (through the costs decision) that Cheltenham Borough Council’s apparent general stance on ‘garden-land’ applications (as published in July 2010) was unreasonable in this instance.
