New website launched

Welcome to the launch of the website of SF Planning Limited.

We are very pleased to announce the launch of this website, and hope it provides all existing, and new clients with a wealth of information, and links to useful websites.

Over the coming years we intend to update this blog regularly to keep our customers up-to-date with developments and important news not only about SF Planning, but important changes to legislation and policy at both a national and local level.

It seems that we are launching this service in what many people are saying is the worst economic conditions since the 1930s.  However, we are still upbeat as we firmly believe that in these testing financial times there is still a very clear need for individuals and companies to have a clear understanding of development potential, as well as having planning permissions in place for the inevitable recovery.

We feel that we are best placed to provide this advice.  Both Simon and Mark are able to draw on their wealth of experience to provide a truly individual, competitively priced and honest service; that we can guarantee will be carried out by a highly experienced and qualified Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

We usually know what Local Authority planners are looking for, know the best way to achieve it, and how to build and manage good relationships with Local Authorities.

Any client can be certain that the work would be undertaken by a fully qualified planning consultant, rather than a possibly less or un-qualified junior member of staff as can sometimes happen in other larger consultancies where high level staff might make the initial contact, but then pass the work down.

The benefit of SF Planning Limited is that we do not have the overheads of other firms and can therefore offer flexibility without affecting our high standards.

We hope that this website is informative, and keeps all our clients updated on the work of this company and how legislation at all levels may affect you.
